• Assisted and represented a tech platform in a dispute against two ex-collaborators on grounds of unfair competition and trade secret breaches;
• Successfully assisted and represented one of the most prominent players in the dairy market before the consumer protection authority in relation to recent regulatory changes and the interpretation of the legal framework. Assisting and representing the same client in court proceedings challenging sanctions imposed in relation to its products;
• Assisted a client in a dispute related to the performance of a corporate exit agreement from one of the most prestigious educational projects in Romania;
