As a legal professional with a distinguished career trajectory, Mary brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of technology law and venture capital for more than 20 years now. She is widely known as a pioneer in Romania VC environment and a pillar of the tech IP industry in Romania. With a solid foundation rooted in her previous tenure as a judge, and an LLM on IP at Louisiana State University, Mary is renowned for her deep understanding of the intricacies of the legal and business system, her sharp analytical mind and solution – oriented focus on each legal matter. She is admitted to practice in both New York and Romania, being involved in numerous international transactions and IP matters and has previously coordinated the IP department in one of the biggest international law firms on the market.
