Bio

Diana is part of our litigation and consultancy practices. She has prior experience in commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution and intellectual property consultancy. Her approach to legal work is steadfast, dedicating equal time to researching, strategizing, and advocating for our clients’ best interests – both in and outside of courtrooms. Diana is a member of the Bucharest Bar. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and from the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University’s Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes. Besides her native Romanian, Diana is fluent in English and Spanish.
