Bio
Vlad heads the M&A / Corporate department at our firm. He has extensive experience in handling complex multijurisdictional and domestic M&A transactions for both private equity funds and strategic players. In addition, he is highly regarded for his work with founders and start-ups in various contexts such as investment rounds as well as more complex corporate matters. Admitted to practice in New York and Bucharest, he brings a wealth of international experience to the team, having previously worked in a reputable law firm in London, United Kingdom. He holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, which he attended as a Fulbright and HLSAE Scholar, and graduated from the Babes Bolyai Law School as top of its class.
