Andrei regularly advises clients on M&A transactions, having experience in the real estate, IT, energy and oil & gas sectors. In addition, he assists clients with day-to-day corporate work and has previously been involved in various financing transactions. Admitted to the Bucharest Bar, he graduated from the Babes Bolyai Law School.
