Bio
Carina heads the litigation practice at our law firm, having extensive experience in complex corporate disputes, energy projects, Intellectual Property, and consumer protection. By combining her on-point legal knowledge with a client–centric approach, Carina is defined by her unwavering dedication to each case and relentless advocacy. Her passion for alternative dispute resolution and studies on negotiation make her a great strategist for each case – allowing her to juggle with all options available to best protect our clients’ interests. She has a strong academic background, currently pursuing a Ph.D. focused on the legal protection of software while also teaching at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law seminars of Contract Law and Intellectual Property. She holds an LLM in international arbitration at the University of Bucharest and graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest first in her series.
