Bio
Codrina’s main areas of practice are Corporate and both domestic and multijurisdictional M&A. She has a strong foundation in the Energy & Natural Resources and TMT fields as well as previous experience in Capital Markets transactions. She holds an LLM in Business Law from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, and graduated from the same law school first in her series.
